Epsom salt is a magnesium sulfate compound. It has been used for hundreds of years as a natural gentle healing agent and pain reliever as it is believed that the combination of bath magnesium and sulfate stimulates.

  2. Pour the Epsom salt into warm running water.

  3. Soak in an Epsom salt bath for 15–30 minutes or up to 1 hour (avoid using soap).

  4. Rest for at least an hour after a detox bath.


How to make an Epsom salt foot soak

To make an Epsom salt foot soak, follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill your basin with warm water until feet is fully submerge.

  2. Add 1/2 cup of Epsom salt to the warm water.

  3. Soak your feet for 30 to 60 minutes.

  4. Rinse it off and dry your feet.

  5. Moisturize your skin to prevent cracked skin and irritation.

  6. Repeat this sequence weekly.
